Yes, we ship worldwide.
For International (Small Items such as organizers), Xend Delivers 7-15 business days via Premium Registered Mail (No tracking Number). International handling will be powered by Singapore Post.
For International (Large Items such as bags), Philippine Post via Premium Registered Mail (No Tracking Number) will be used and a handling time of 20-45 business days.
Other Countries not included on our shipping: Please contact us so we can arrange and quote shipment for you.
For Express Mail Service (EMS) or via Air Freight such as FedEx and DHL:
Please contact us so we can arrange and quote shipment for you. This method is a bit expensive compare to the usual shipping method that we are offering. EMS' handling time is 5-7 business days while Air Freight's handling time is 3-4 business days. Any delays will vary depending on customs in your country. EMS AND AIR FREIGHT ARE BOTH TRACK-ABLE.

Do I have to pay for duties & taxes if I buy from your store?
International Import Duties, Taxes and Custom fees
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from functionale.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Philippines may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Do you accept returns?
No Return, No Exchange
Strictly no returns. Please check your orders before placing it.
We check items first before shipping.
We are not liable for items damaged during transit.
For isolated cases, Merchant will accept return or exchanges for a period of 7 days from date of purchase, provided the item you purchased is in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags). You just need to pay for the shipping costs and difference between the items. Again, please contact us via email to arrange for any exchanges.
Please take note that we have a no refund policy.

How would I know if my order has been shipped?

Do you accept customize orders for bags?
Yes, we accept customize orders especially for corporate giveaways. However there's a minimum quantity of 36pcs. or 3dozen above.

How come you canceled my orders and returned my payment?
Functionale Bags ONLY ships to PayPal registered name, email and address.
This is to protect us, as a merchant due to rampant scam that is happening over the e-commerce industry.
We have to wait and confirm for your payment and transfer your payment first to our bank account to be sure that we are protected.
You are buying from a legit online merchant, so you have nothing to worry about.
